About Valentina
I coach rising female (and male) stars at leading companies and advise organisations seeking to navigate ambiguity, uncertainty and change successfully — while making a positive difference in the world.
I have held senior leadership roles at Rocket Internet (helped it grow from 750 to 3,500 people in less than two years) and Anheuser-Busch InBev (covered 12 countries and 5,000 people). I studied Organisational Leadership (master's level) at the University of Oxford, and currently run the Singapore Chapter for Oxford University alumni.
Organisational and individual resilience are my passions. I practice yoga and meditation daily and am an advocate for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
